The Oribitus Federation originated on planet Vulcan. In the 400s, it expanded to other celestial bodies. Due to its large military and powerful weaponry, it was able to liberate other planetars, such as Limos and Oran (432 and 452). The Oribitus Federation’s origin planet, Vulcan, has since been converted into a factory moon. One of the Oribitus Federation's main bases of operation is Carrier-A. A Carrier-B was under construction, but a terrorist attack forced the construction of it to a halt.

The Oribitus Military Division (OMD) is the Oribitus Federation’s military sector. Responsible for defending Oribitus territory, liberating planetars, and protecting the populace. There are currently over 1.4 billion people in the Military Division. There are two branches of the Military Division: the Terrestrial Corps and the Aero Corps.

The General Research Division (GRD) is the division of the Oribitus Federation dedicated to researching, recording, and archiving information.
